After purchasing your ticket(s), you will be sent a confirmation email from TIXR with your tickets.
As long as you have your order confirmation, we can search you by name at the entrance. Just show your ID and ask one of our ticket takers for help.

Age Policy:
Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge. Attendees 2 years of age and older must purchase a ticket for entry. Of course, 21+ to drink and anyone providing alcohol to minors will be removed from the show.
Ear protection is encouraged for all, but especially for younger patrons.

No Re-Entry:
Once you have checked in at the concert grounds, re-entry will not be permitted.

No Smoking Policy:
This is a non-smoking event.

Weather Policy:
Concerts will take place rain or shine. There are no refunds or exchanges.

Heuser Park is an outdoor, open-air venue that cannot guarantee patrons refuge from inclement weather. The safety of our patrons is a top priority – Rising Sun Presents may delay the start, interrupt, or even cancel a concert if an emergency occurs. Updates will be provided as soon as possible via email, the RSP website and social media.

The venue is ADA accessible. Heuser Park is a flat, grassy field with sidewalks from the parking lots to the entrance. Limited ADA Parking is available, and we will do our very best to accommodate everyone who needs it. Accessible bathrooms are also provided.
