Frequently Asked Questions

We have a selection of phenomenal food vendors coming in for the festival!

  • La Veracruzana Mexican Restaurant
  • Vegan Pizza Land
  • Ginger Love Cafe
  • Wake the Dead Donuts
  • Crooked Stick Pops
  • CremeBru.LA
Bring a blanket (8x10 max) or low back lawn chairs, sunglasses, sunscreen, bug spray, reusable cups and containers, ID and any medical documentation in case of emergency, earplugs (just in case) and an appetite for adventure. We’ll have plenty of great food options but you may wish to bring a picnic. Small coolers are fine, but no glass or alcohol. The festival is a rain or shine event so you may want to bring a waterproof jacket or small handheld umbrella.
If you are bringing a lawn chair, please be respectful of your neighbors and situate yourself in the designated area in the upper portion of the lawn. This leaves the lower space clear so that those on blankets can enjoy a clear view of the stage too.

If you need special assistance, please email us info@laudable.productions.

Please DO NOT bring pets (see below), alcohol (we’ve got you covered with local craft beer, wine, and cider from New City Brewery and Abandoned Building Brewery), glass containers, tents, umbrellas (the small handheld variety is okay in case of showers), drugs & drug paraphernalia, weapons of any kind, or fireworks. But you knew that.

We love pets, but we don't allow them at our Festivals. We do welcome fully trained, ADA-qualified service animals. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA and we cannot accommodate them.

Save time and energy and come by bike! The park is located directly off the Manhan Rail Trail and we will have FREE, secure bike valet parking.

There are several FREE parking options within easy walking distance of the Festival. Please, respect parking staff and posted signs so that we can accommodate everyone with ease and minimize our impact on the neighborhood.

There is abundant parking behind the Pleasant Street Mills - Eastworks, Keystone, and Mill 180. Please DO NOT park in the lot in front of Eastworks. This lot is reserved for tenants and short term parking. If you park in this lot you will be towed. Also, DO NOT park at the American Legion. You’ll be towed from that lot too. We REALLY mean it! Please be considerate of the businesses behind the mills - Daily Operation, Prodigy, New City Brewery, Abandoned Building Brewery, and INSA - and leave spaces open for their patrons.

Additional Parking can be found at the October Company - 51 Ferry Street. This lot is a short walk from Millside Park. Once that lot is full, please park respectfully on the side streets in the surrounding New City neighborhood. There are also a handful of spots near the Rotary on Lovefield Street. On street parking is permitted there.

The lot closest to Millside Park at 2 Ferry Street is reserved for guests with handicapped placards only. Please DO NOT pull into this lot for pick up and drop off unless you have a placard. NOTE: the area will be filled with pedestrians. If you are accessing this lot, please drive slowly and be aware of your surroundings.

Yes! Millside Park is wonderfully accessible with a paved walkway that encircles the lawn, making it very friendly to those in wheelchairs and with limited mobility. Designated parking spaces are available for attendees with Disability Plates and Placards in the parking lot adjacent to the festival entrance at 2 Ferry Street.  If you need additional accommodations please email us info@laudable.productions.

Please do! Millside Park is at 2 Ferry St, Easthampton, right on the Manhan Rail Trail. Bike parking will be available.

River Roads Festival is a rain or shine event, so feel free to bring a small hand held umbrella or a poncho if it looks gloomy. We plan to enjoy the music together, regardless of weather.

Yes, we need your help! If you are interested in volunteering, please fill out the application here.

River Roads Festival is presented in partnership with the Connecticut River Conservancy (CRC) who coordinate the annual Source to Sea Cleanup, one of the nation’s largest river cleanups. The proceeds from ticket sales will help CRC prevent pollution, engage communities in research and advocacy, and promote enjoyment of the river and its tributaries. There will be a cleanup event in Easthampton on Sunday, September 8th, the day after the festival. Artists from the Festival lineup will join the cleanup effort. Sign up to join the River Roads cleanup here!
